SHIPPING
Orders are shipped ASAP once they're ready.
We do ship internationally unless otherwise noted! Please make sure to check the shipping restrictions from the US (if there are any) before ordering internationally.
IMPORTANT: Different items may come from different shipping destinations in different packages (because they are from different artists). All are shipped from the USA. Please look at your cart for a shipping cost estimate; items may have separate shipping prices because they will often not be shipped at the same time.
PREORDERS are made to order and shipped on the date it says on the listing. Please make sure to check the listing for info! If you need to change your shipping address before it's shipped, send us an email and we'll change it for you.
TRACKING: Orders shipping within the US will come with tracking. Orders outside of the US will unfortunately only have tracking until they leave the US. If your package gets lost internationally/never arrives/gets damaged, we will evaluate the situation and possibly replace your order! Email us!

RETURN/REFUND POLICY
We don't do refunds or returns except in extenuating circumstances (lost or damaged packages, wrong order, etc). Please keep this in mind when ordering or entering an address. This will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
If we did make a mistake with your order or it never arrived, please don't hesitate to email us! In most cases, we will replace your order/compensate you.
